- The minutes of the 47th Annual General Meeting of ALCA on 10th October 2020 were AGREED as a correct record of the proceedings.
- The 2021 Annual Report was NOTED

Noel Walter – Honorary Treasurer ex-officio
- Treas. Noel Walter presented the ALCA Accounts for 2020/2021
The proposal to approve the accounts was AGREED
- A proposal to appoint Phil Smith as Auditor was AGREED. The proposed review and retendering process was postponed due the staff changes and the handing over of the book keeping role. This will be carried out in the coming year – AGREED.
- Treas. Noel Walter presented the ALCA Budget for 2022/2023 with a proposal from the Regional Committee to increase the annual subscriptions by 5%. AGREED
A vote of sincere gratitude was extended to Mr Noel Walter for the years of voluntary service he has dedicated to the Local Councils sector, both as a councillor on Locking Parish Council, but most recently as book keeper, Treasurer and Regional Committee member of ALCA for over 12 years. He has kept a steady hand on the financial tiller and leaves the organisation in much better shape than when he took on the role. Noel intends step back in the coming year.
