Please find linked here the Notice of the ALCA 52nd AGM, scheduled to take place on Saturday 25th October, 10:15-12:00. Following consultation with members, the decision has been taken to hold the event online via Zoom this year, as there wasn't sufficient interest in a hybrid event allowing face-to-face attendance.
The format of the AGM has been amended slightly this year to incorporate the Area Group AGMs usually held in the summer and will provide the opportunity for the election of ALCA Regional Committee members as part of one annual event.
We would be grateful if you could use the Eventbrite link below (also found on the Notice) to register the two ALCA representatives that will be attending. The event is free, but this mechanism allows us to track who will be attending in advance and make the administrative process simpler to manage.
The Agenda and associated reports will be circulated on Friday 26th September in accordance with the terms of the ALCA Constitution.
