This course, which includes extensive information and fundamentals on posture, as well as a practical manual on making adjustments to the workstation, was designed in cooperation with leading expert Rachel Stevens from Optimum Performance Training Ltd.

Rachel has over 30 years’ experience of providing posture training, DSE workstation assessments and musculoskeletal advice. This module has a short assessment at the end to check understanding
